Where is your packaging produced?

All packaging consultants, designers, sampler, R&D, production, dedicated machine facilities and professional staff are located in China. We are a direct manufacturer with 16 years of experience.
What are your minimum order quantities?

Usually 500 units. The MOQ is based on every unique box (e.g. size, design). Talk to one of our packaging consultants and we’ll guide you towards the best option.
What is your turnaround time for sample and mass production?

Sample ready in 3-7 business days. Mass production ready around 10-25 working days according to the volume.
Do you do digital or offset printing?

Normally the initial pre-production prototypes are digitally printed in CMYK. Mass production is using offset equipment.
What color cardboard packaging boxes do you offer?

We can make any color, any size, any design you need. 100% full customization.
What is the process to order custom gift packaging boxes?

A.A.Let us know the exact dimensions, quantity, and the type of customization you need and we will send you a price quote. B.B.We will also send you a template so you can lay out your artwork; C.C.Once the final artwork is submitted and the order is placed, you can either choose to make pre-production prototypes for your approval(it takes about 2 weeks.) or you can start the mass production directly(lead time is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on quantity, customization, and order complexity D.D.You wait for the delivery.

What is the price?

The sample fee is according to your customized box, and the sample fee can be deducted when the bulk order is made.
